Role Overview
Personal Carer – BlueCare, Community Care. Employment status: Permanent Part Time. Location: Townsville (North) & Surrounding Areas. Remuneration: $36.32 per hour plus super, salary packaging, travel reimbursements and employee discounts.
Responsibilities
* Provide personalised care to clients living at home, supporting independence and quality of life.
* Deliver daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing.
* Assist with community‐based recreational and social activities.
* Transport clients to shopping and appointments as required.
* Adhere to individualised Care Plans and maintain accurate documentation.
* Use technology such as smartphones, tablets or laptops for communication and records.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
* Current Australian driver's licence (provisional green licence accepted).
* Road‐worthy and insured vehicle for service use.
* Experience with mobile devices, tablets and laptops.
* Confidence and integrity to pass required probity checks and comply with legislation.
