**Responsibilities will include**:
- Ensuring 6 Star Service standards are met
- Responsible for recruitment, staffing, performance management, operations, sales, customer service
- Management and overseeing of all team members and tasks for designated location
- Report and follow up on site maintenance issues and facilitate their resolution, as required
- Provide direction and guidance to the team
