**The Position, but not limited to***:
- Managing a mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial low-maintenance complexes
- Liaising with owners/tenants
- Arrange quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
- Running AGM's
- Periodic inspections
- Support from an Assistant + Admin support
**The Criteria**:
- Experience managing your own portfolio
- Current property manager reg and valid drivers' license
- Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
- An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
- Have excellent time management skills
