The Finance Manager supports our Chief Executive Officer, an active member of our leadership team, and directs controls and administers the financial activities of the group.

* Lead and develop the Finance team.
* Direct and oversee all aspects of the financial functions for the group.
* Advise our leadership team and business leaders on the financial aspects of current activities and on any proposed plans or projects.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Manage month-end and board reporting.
* Manage AP, AR, Payroll, and related systems (Xero & Jobpac).
* Manage cash flow, including borrowings and treasury.
* Work with our development team on project feasibilities and site selection, developing feasibility studies with detailed financial modeling and analysis.
* Actively engage with our external partners, such as corporate and legal advisors, auditors, project investors, insurance brokers, and banks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
You will be CA or CPA qualified and have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with a construction or development background.

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis are essential.
">
Someone who is mature, can be hands-on, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and demonstrated complex project accounting experience.
