An exciting opportunity exists for a
Procurement Specialist
to join our client's growing organisation, helping build its procurement function as the business expands.
Lead end-to-end procurement activities for third-party products and services, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and strong supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sourcing-to-contract processes, including vendor selection, onboarding, due diligence, negotiations, and contract management.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, budgets, and go-to-market strategies.
* Run RFx processes, evaluate bids, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and award POs.
* Maintain accurate records, support audits, and ensure procurement governance and SOX compliance.
* Track and report procurement savings and continuously improve KPIs.
* Provide procurement advice and establish best practices across projects.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related field (preferred).
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Procurement/Supply Chain.
* Strong experience in vendor management, price negotiation, contract management, and data analysis.
* Highly computer-savvy, advanced Excel skills, and comfortable working across multiple systems, including API-related processes.
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills; able to work under pressure.
