We're seeking experienced customer experience evaluators to join our team.
As a mystery shopper, you'll be tasked with assessing the quality of service and overall experience at various businesses across Australia. This includes evaluating customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.
1. Evaluate assigned businesses as a typical customer.
2. Observe key aspects such as customer service, product quality, and cleanliness.
3. Follow provided instructions and complete required questions for each assignment.
4. Login to our software to enter results, including photos and receipts as needed.
You'll be rewarded for your efforts, with payments varying based on project requirements and time spent. Reimbursements or additional payments may also apply for meals and purchases made during assignments.
