Job Summary
The UX Researcher will transform complex user insights into actionable recommendations influencing product strategy and development. Collaboration with cross‐functional teams is key to embed user‐centricity across the product lifecycle, aligning with Go‐To‐Market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct diverse user research studies, including planning, execution, and analysis.
* Synthesize findings into actionable insights to inform product strategy and UX improvements.
* Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to integrate research insights into the product development process.
* Present findings to stakeholders to influence product decisions and advocate for user‐centric solutions.
* Manage multiple research projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of insights.
Must-Have Skills
* Expertise in various user research methodologies.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
* Excellent communication skills to articulate findings to diverse audiences.
Industry Experience
* Minimum 4 years of experience in an applied research setting, preferably in tech or related fields.
* Familiarity with consumer‐facing products or platforms is beneficial.
