We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate to work on complex projects from our Brisbane studio. The ideal candidate will be a registered architect with 10+ years with strong technical knowledge & experience across a variety of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex high value projects
* Oversee all project phases including design, documentation & delivery, ensuring they meet client expectations and design standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and collaborators in the industry.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the project team, ensuring high-quality design outcomes.
Qualifications
* Registered Architect with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience across a variety of sectors.
* In-depth technical knowledge
* Proven experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors
* Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate design ideas into complex buildings
