About the Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to support laboratory operations as a Laboratory Services Administration Officer.
Main Responsibilities
* Handle sample receipt and registration in accordance with established protocols.
* Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, laboratory staff, and external providers.
* Manage client queries and resolve issues efficiently.
* Assist with laboratory logistics, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Requirements
* Minimum Diploma/Certificate in a scientific field or 2+ years of relevant experience.
* Highly organised and methodical with exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience and good working knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
* Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
* Great communication and client service skills.
* A collaborative mindset, aligned with values of adaptability, inclusivity, and accountability.
Eligibility Criteria
* Must be an Australian citizen and able to secure and maintain a Security Clearance.
