Our client is seeking a Studio Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our Brisbane studio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and award-winning architectural practice that values creativity, initiative, and teamwork.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and a key support to their directors and studio team, your presence will help shape the daily experience of their people and projects. Your attention to detail, proactive mindset, and calm, can-do attitude will be essential in ensuring their studio continues to function efficiently and harmoniously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome clients, consultants, and guests with warmth and professionalism
* Provide administrative support to directors and principals, including diary management, document preparation, and scheduling
* Prepare marketing and social media content
* Manage day-to-day studio operations, including supplies, couriers, and facility coordination
* Assist in the preparation of fee proposals, project setup, and maintenance of digital filing systems
* Support internal studio initiatives such as events, wellbeing activities, and team celebrations
* Contribute to business development efforts through administrative and coordination tasks
About You:
* Previous experience in administrative, reception, or personal assistant roles
* Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Professional communication skills and a personable, team-oriented approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general confidence with digital systems
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, or experience in design/creative studio settings is highly regarded
