The exciting opportunity Act as Relief Residential Care Manager during leave, absences, or vacancies, providing hands-on site leadership. Deliver operational, workforce, and compliance support to Residential Care Managers across multiple sites. Support the COO with performance reporting, risk oversight, operational initiatives, and growth strategies including projects and new developments. Drive quality improvement initiatives, ensuring ongoing compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Assist with workforce planning, roster oversight, care minute requirements, audits, accreditation, and incident management. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to enhance care delivery. Balance hands-on site management with higher-level strategic support in a dynamic, values-driven team. About you Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. 3–5 years' experience in residential aged care leadership. Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance, and risk management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites with a hands-on approach. Passion for delivering safe, high-quality person-centred care.
