Your role
Come and join our Dulux Stores team! We are looking for people‐centric individuals who enjoy providing customers with advice and an excellent experience. No industry experience is required; we will give you all the product training you need to represent our household name brands.
Day to day you will help a mix of trade and DIY customers across our range of marketing‐leading paints and coatings products.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies
- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
- Cash handling / EFTPOS
- Assist in maintaining stock levels
- Picking & Packing orders

Skills & Experience
You enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills and are passionate about helping others. We do require you to regularly lift products that weigh up to 25kg, so being physically fit is essential.
- Have demonstrated experience in a customer‐facing role
- Retail/Trade sales experience would be highly desirable
