The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:
Drive Performance & Growth
* Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
* Drive membership sales and maximise retention
* Confidently convert leads into great members
* Implement local marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives
* Create engaging social media content (reels, stories, paid campaigns, interviews)
Lead & Develop the Team
* Lead, coach, and inspire a small high-performing team
* Create a fun, positive, results-driven culture
* Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
* Lead by example on the club floor
Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience
* Be the welcoming, engaging face of the club
* Build genuine relationships with members
* Proactively contact members via phone, email, and SMS to enhance their experience
* Engage members on the gym floor and ensure they feel supported
* Conduct tours and showcase the club’s features and benefits
Manage Club Operations
* Oversee daily operations and follow structured procedures
* Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained
* Handle administration, reporting, and system management
* Maintain strong organisation and attention to detail
Who We’re Looking For

You are:

* Social media savvy and comfortable on camera

* Highly organised and efficient
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Computer literate and tech confident
* Passionate about health and fitness

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* A strong work ethic and ownership mentality
* Fitness industry experience preferred (but not essential)
Requirements

* Current Working With Children Check
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR Certificate

This role offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses, with total on-target earnings of up to $80,000 per annum inclusive of superannuation, rewarding high performance and strong results.
