Job Description
As a trusted advisor and business partner to independent retailers, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for both retailers and our organization. You will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and support for Deli, Bakery & Meat categories to store and department managers.
You will deliver fresh-specific business insights using sales and industry data to optimize performance. Additionally, you will ensure stores meet food safety standards and adopt best-practice methods. You will partner with operations teams to implement fresh growth strategies and support new store and department relays to maximize fresh sales and enhance customer experience.
