International Wealth & Premier Banking (IWPB) serves over 50 million customers worldwide with banking and wealth management services to help manage finances and build financial futures. It combines management of Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative distribution channels.
The role involves supporting the change process, including planning, coordination, analyzing impacts, reviewing training, and making delivery recommendations.
The Channels Change Manager will support network and transformational change, conducting impact assessments, documenting business requirements, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and managing change requests.
Main Responsibilities
* Managing changes to IWPB Channels including people, policies, products, processes, systems, and IT.
* Minimizing disruption through planning and stakeholder coordination.
* Enhancing customer experience via well-coordinated change implementation.
* Ensuring compliance with current and future regulatory standards.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the transformation team to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and benefit customers and teams.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business, economics, or finance, with relevant experience.
* Industry qualifications like ITIL, Agile, PMP, Six Sigma.
* Technical knowledge of retail banking, software development, testing, databases, and project management tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Interpersonal and soft skills essential for the role.
* Understanding of regulations and compliance.
Preference for candidates with Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or current unrestricted work rights in Australia.
