Financial Expertise & Strategic Leadership

Key Responsibilities
* Compile annual budgets and monthly forecasts for three regional hotels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Develop and implement effective measures to enhance profitability, working closely with the business to drive results.
* Maintain high standards of financial information, sending accurate reports to stakeholders within specified deadlines.
* Complete month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and other essential tasks on time.
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and input in budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation regarding payroll tax and compliance.
* Develop and monitor financial systems to improve efficiency and streamline procedures.
* Analyze financial reports to provide insights for internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage treasury, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and balance sheet responsibilities, resolving issues independently.
* Oversee payroll matters, working closely with the Payroll Supervisor.
* Perform ad-hoc duties across the organization to support the team when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
This role requires a CPA-qualified individual with at least 5 years of leadership experience in hotel services or asset-rich environments. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including the General Award and other relevant frameworks.
* Strategic thinking with commercial acumen, driving financial excellence and growth.

* Excellent communication skills, effectively conveying financial insights to various stakeholders.
* Strong technical skills, proficient in Sun Opera Cloud and Accor systems (a bonus).
