The role involves managing and overseeing collections queues, reporting on portfolio performance, and coordinating team meetings. You will also play a key role in assisting customers who are facing financial hardship, and helping them find solutions that work for everyone.

What You'll Do
* Provide leadership and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding results.
* Manage and oversee collections queues to minimize delinquent customer facilities and keep bad debt to acceptable levels.
* Report on portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Coordinate team meetings and facilitate open communication across the team.
* Assist customers who are facing financial hardship and provide support and guidance to help them find solutions.
