Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional cooking skills and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.


Key Responsibilities:

* Culinary Excellence:
* Cooking and preparing menu items to exacting standards, utilizing knowledge of flavor profiles and presentation techniques
* Developing and implementing new recipes, ensuring innovation and consistency across all menu offerings
* Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
* Leadership and Teamwork:
* Training and mentoring junior staff members in cooking techniques and kitchen operations
* Collaborating with other chefs and kitchen personnel to ensure seamless service delivery
* Providing guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment


Qualifications and Experience:

* AQF associate degree, Certificate III, Certificate IV, or Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
* At least 1 year of experience as a Cook or Chef de Partie in a commercial kitchen setting
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional culinary results, with a focus on quality, creativity, and attention to detail
