Job Summary
The Coordinator Assisted Living will play a pivotal role in facilitating the daily operations of our 24/7 assisted living facility, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support while maintaining their independence.
This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
You will work closely with staff, families, and healthcare professionals to create a safe and nurturing environment.

Criteria
Cert IV in relevant industry qual and/or significant industry experience.
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in comprehensive assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of services for clients.
Demonstrated expertise in the provision of services to people with Complex Support Needs e.g., challenging behaviours (behaviours of concern), high-intensity medical needs
Significant experience working in a community and/or disability setting/service (or similar).
Knowledge and experience of working within marginalised communities with complex mental health, trauma, crisis and physical needs.
Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness.
