We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Industrial team which specialises in labour hire, temporary personnel and recruitment services across the WA State Government, Construction, Local Government and commercial sectors.
The Role
We encourage our consultants to take ownership of and manage their own workload. We operate in a cooperative, team-based environment where our consultants are responsible for the full 360-degree recruitment and client account management cycle.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Client relationship and key account management
* Creating job adverts and candidate sourcing strategies
* Candidate selection and shortlisting
* Registration of suitable candidates (references, OSH inductions etc)
* Client Account Management
* OSH Site visits / Audits
* Placing suitably qualified and skilled candidates
* Ongoing Candidate and Assignment management
* Quality Assurance / Feedback
* Business Development
Skills & Experience
* Minimum of one (1) year recruitment experience
* Agency recruitment experience is required
* FastTrack 360 Software Experience
* Minimum 6 months experience with FastTrack 360 Software is required
* Ability to manage key client contracts and relationships
* Knowledge of Awards and Agreements
* Manage and coordinate multiple contracts, clients and candidates
* Excellent communication skills
* Confidence to undertake site visits and meet new clients
* Reporting and compliance
* C Class Drivers License
* Australian work rights are required for this position
