Since its establishment in 1996, this business has become one of the most trusted and knowledgeable spraying equipment specialist retailers and wholesalers in Western Australia.
At this family business, you will find a comprehensive and extensive range of spraying equipment and component spare parts for all popular brands of spraying equipment in the market. The company offers solutions to the spraying equipment needs of farmers, viticulturists, horticulturalists, agronomists, the turf industry, the mining industry and local government councils throughout WA. Servicing and supplying residential property owners, hobby farmers, pest control businesses and caravan parks.
The two branches are in Welshpool and Midvale.
**Your New Role**:
The company is seeking an experienced and committed sales and a customer-orientated person who can interpret parts and specifications to meet customer needs. The key to this position is assisting customers professionally and efficiently. This role will see you work collaboratively with a small team at the Midvale branch.
**As well as this, you will be responsible for the following**:
- Diagnosis of issues and suggest solutions and then sell the required parts
- The rebuilding/basic repair of pumps and troubleshooting concerns
- Assembly of/building "to order" units for customers in the turf, commercial and agriculture sectors
- Stock counts and re-ordering to prescribed stock levels
- Perform general administration and housekeeping tasks
**Your Profile**:
To be successful in this role, you will have solid sales and customer service skills combined with problem-solving abilities. You will have a unique skill set, including a mechanical appreciation and the ability to be hands-on with repairs. The role requires strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. In addition, you will have excellent time management and solid organisational skills.

- Good computer competency: specific software and process-related training will be provided
- The willingness to learn and ask questions
- A task focussed and work-orientated approach
- Experience in a similar role and familiarity with agriculture/turf pumps and spraying equipment will be an advantage
- A current motor vehicle driver's licence WA 'C' class
