* Supports the Director by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering quality administrative services, negotiating workable timeframes, addressing unforeseen issues, responding to and resolving complex enquiries and issues, gathering and collating information, preparing documentation and reports, coordinating and managing accurate records and databases, developing and implementing office systems, procedures and methods, and providing a range of administrative and support services.
* Delivering high-quality administrative support services to the Director and Directorate.
* Managing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless communication.
* Gathering and collating information for business unit performance reports.
* Coordinating and managing accurate records and databases.
* Developing and implementing office systems, procedures, and methods.
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced professional who possesses advanced time management skills, the ability to prioritize work activities, deal efficiently with topical/contentious issues, work in a team, share information to achieve business outcomes, respond to and resolve enquiries from both internal and external customers, plan and prioritize outcomes, achieve results through efficient use of resources, and keep up to date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
