Specialist Sales Representative – Dermatology (VIC/SA)
I am looking for a high-performing Specialist Sales Representative to take ownership of the VIC/SA territory for a growing pharmaceutical organisation in the dermatology space. This role is part of a team build, to support multiple exciting product launches in 2026.
You’ll be responsible for promoting an creative dermatology portfolio to healthcare professionals, including dermatologists and some GPs, across VIC and TAS. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory, develop referral pathways, and deliver impactful educational initiatives.
You must be based in Melbourne, and open to travel to South Australia.
What You’ll Do:
Drive sales growth and achieve targets within your territory.
Promote dermatology products through face‑to‑face and virtual engagements, events, and educational programs.
Build and maintain robust relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Provide clinical and technical support, ensuring customers are well‑informed and confident in product use.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales (specialty sales and dermatology experience highly regarded).
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and specialist selling environments.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools for virtual engagement.
Self‑motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within VIC/TAS (some interstate travel required).
