As part of our continued growth and focus on delivering quality service to our customers, we have an exciting opportunity for either an experienced HVAC Coordinator to join our Brisbane team or someone looking to progress their career to next phase.
Reporting to the Account Manager, the HVAC Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of a team of air conditioning and refrigeration technicians. Working closely with the internal teams, you will ensure the timely delivery of services to our customers while maintaining high standards of efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate technicians to meet customer requirements and service commitments.
* Manage the purchasing of parts, materials, and equipment for service delivery.
* Process service reports, timesheets, and other administrative documentation accurately and efficiently.
* Use systems such as Pronto and Microsoft Office to manage scheduling, data entry, and reporting.
* Maximize technician productivity through effective planning and communication.
* Promote safe work practices in line with company and legislative requirements.
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
* Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
About You
* Qualifications in a relevant discipline.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a maintenance or service-based organization.
* Strong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
* Experience with CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a focus on delivering results.
* Experience with Pronto or similar ERP system.
