Job Overview:
The role of Information Security Documentation Specialist involves developing comprehensive documentation detailing support processes and sustainment practices for ICT systems. The incumbent will guide the development of support procedures, service level agreements, and manuals suitable for enterprise deployments and maintenance of ICT systems, aligned to Defence policies and processes.
* Develop clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation detailing support processes and sustainment practices for ICT systems;
* Guide the development of support procedures, service level agreements, and manuals suitable for enterprise deployments and maintenance of ICT systems, aligned to Defence policies and processes;
* Collaborate with various stakeholders and subject matter experts at the executive and working level to gather relevant information and present business and technical information in an accurate manner;
* Maintain and update existing documentation previously created with current information, detailing changes, and retaining appropriate version control aligned with Defence processes and procedures.
For this role, experience with logistical documentation, ideally with cryptographic communications security experience is beneficial.
