Job Description
* Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
* Managing appointments and patient records
* Supporting patients with information and reassurance
* Working closely with our dentists and clinical team
* Helping maintain a positive, upbeat practice environment
Qualifications
* Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
* Organised with strong communication skills
* A team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, adaptable, and keen to learn
* Experience in a reception or customer service role is desirable
* Experience in the dental industry is an advantage, but not essential
