Our client has an excellent reputation in the southern suburbs and, due to continued growth, seeks a commercially minded Senior Property Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio, driving stability, profitability and strategic growth. The client has been around for over 10 years and prides themselves on offering the highest level of customer service to their valued clients.

The Position
This is a strategic, revenue-focused Senior Property Manager position. You will oversee your Assistant ensuring strong KPI performance, workflow efficiency and a high-performing operation. You will be managing a portfolio predominantly south of the river in a Pod system, building strong relationships with owners, using your BD skills to help grow the portfolio year on year, and managing any disputes and court attendance.
The Qualifications
* Experience managing your own portfolio for 5+ years, or be a Property Manager keen to be trained into a Senior role
* Current property management registration and valid driver's license
* Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
* An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
* Excellent time management skills
