* Previous experience in a similar position or a retail environment
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
2. Promote the centre's services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments
3. Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
