We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and hands-on Propagation Team Leader to drive our daily propagation activities. You will lead a small team to ensure our plant starts are high-quality and produced on schedule, overseeing all propagation of cuttings and tissue culture. This is a working lead role, combining technical expertise with team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise, train and manage a team in propagation techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
· Plan and execute weekly propagation schedules to meet production targets.
· Monitor suitability of propagation material
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
· Initiate trials of new methods and technique to improve productivity and cutting success.
