Intuit’s Finance team drives business growth and profitability through strategic, financial and operational leadership. The team supports and enhances Intuit's operating efficiencies across finance, accounting, supply chain, corporate strategy & development and tax professionals. The role supports Go-to-Market teams through strategic and insightful business analysis and partnership, acting as the primary Financial/Business partner to the Business Unit leader for delivering plan and forecast commitments.
Responsibilities
* Key contributor to Business Strategy for APAC Sales & Marketing, developing priorities based on analytics and business direction
* Trusted advisor to APAC senior leadership, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities and providing business modelling and what-if scenarios
* Strong business partner to Sales & Marketing teams, leading forecasting and analytics that drive short, medium and long-term investment decisions
* Operate in a leadership capacity, influencing, leading & coaching across the Finance organization, reporting to the Head of Finance
* Drive investment decisions that optimize ROI and manage acquisition costs for Sales & Marketing initiatives
* Evaluate sales channels, web & e-commerce platforms and other avenues to drive business growth with sound commercial judgment
Qualifications
* Qualified CPA/CMA or equivalent
* Undergrad Business Degree (BBA/BCom) or equivalent
* Ideally knowledge of SaaS/Cloud Computing
* Experience providing insights and support based on analytics that drive business performance
* Ability to influence all levels of leadership to drive actions and outcomes
* Experience leading teams to deliver results and drive growth
* Strong self-motivation, prioritization, initiative, and integrity
* Excellent written and verbal communication with experience presenting to partners and senior executives
* Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
* Hyperion EssBase experience preferred, with ability to model and analyze complex scenarios
