Customer Service Representative Opportunity: We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers across Australia, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience, driving daily KPI's to shape efficiencies and processes for customers relating to sales enquiries.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and create sustainable relationships with our customers and stakeholders. They will be target-driven, with the ability to work to KPI's and targets, and be able to embrace change and remain agile in a fast-paced environment.
