The role

Bright Brewery are looking for a detail-driven Administration Officer to join our team.

This role is based at our Head Office in Bright, VIC and offers a genuine work‐life balance in a stunning alpine location.

In this unique dual‐site role, you'll manage accounts receivable for Bright Brewery's wholesale business and provide support to accounts, payroll and compliance staff and processes. You will play a key part in keeping our finance and admin functions running smoothly.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance & Administration Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Accounts Receivable Managing Bright Brewery wholesale accounts, debtor follow‐ups, reconciliations, and monthly statements.

Finance & Payroll Processing accounts payable and receivable, managing weekly payroll, superannuation, payroll tax, PAYG, BAS, and compliance reporting.

Reconciliations & Reporting Bank accounts, supplier accounts, credit cards, and stock adjustments.

Compliance & Administration Maintaining accurate records, lodging required returns, and keeping on top of changing regulations.

Team & Customer Support Assisting colleagues, responding to supplier/customer queries, and ensuring smooth day‐to‐day business operations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing.
  • Understanding of financial reconciliations and compliance requirements.
  • Attention to detail with demonstratable time management skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
