Working with a world-class engineering, customer success and operations team you will develop and launch capabilities across a variety of payments infrastructure, including bank transfers, card networks and international payments to deliver secure and efficient payment services.The ideal candidate will have:A customer-first mindset with a deep understanding of the payment user journeys, especially bill pay and spend management.Strong technical and strategic acumen in fintech or payments products.Ability to go deep and truly understand every facet of the proposition.A collaborative spirit and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and deliver the roadmap for TRAILD's Payments product, integrating multiple payment infrastructures including card networks, bank transfers, international payments and other digital payment methods.Partner with Sales, Customer Success and end users to deeply understand payment pain points and identify opportunities for innovation.Collaborate with Engineering and external payment providers to ensure scalable and secure implementation of payment flows and infrastructure.Ensure compliance and risk mitigation strategies are embedded in all aspects of the product lifecycle.Continuously monitor product performance, adoption, and customer feedback to iterate and improve.Educate internal teams and customers on new payment features, benefits, and best practices.Maintain an excellent understanding of the broader Accounts Payable and spend management ecosystem, ensuring payment experiences are integrated and seamless.Who You Are:3+ years of product management experience, preferably in the payments, ERP, SaaS or fintech domains.Proven track record delivering payment-related features or products that integrate with financial infrastructure.Familiarity with payment compliance standards, risk mitigation, and financial transaction systems.Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and simplify complex systems.Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.The Perks of Working at TRAILDFlexibility: we offer a range of remote, hybrid and flexible working options.Global team: we are growing across APAC, North America and EMEA and have teams all across the world.We are growing at an exponential rate, this is an opportunity to get involved with a true rocketship with all the excitement and opportunities that come with it.Our team genuinely loves working at TRAILD: we scored a 78 on our 2025 eNPS survey.Please note that the final applicants for this job will be asked to consent in writing to a police check / criminal background check to the extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction of employment.
