ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic People Operations and Business Partnering team. In this pivotal role, you'll deliver high-level, contemporary HR services within a supportive, people-centric, and culture-first environment. You'll manage day-to-day HR tasks independently and in collaboration with our HR Business Partners, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Selected Duties:
· Execute specialised HR and general administrative tasks efficiently and on schedule.
· The HR Officer will offer insightful advice and make informed decisions based on established practices, professional standards, policies, and procedures.
· Handle correspondence drafting, data entry, document creation, and records management.
· Collaborate effectively with the People Operations and Business Partnering team and diverse stakeholders to deliver a modern HR service.
· Utilise your HR generalist knowledge and experience across all HR functions.
· Continuously evaluate and enhance the department's standard operating processes for improved efficiency.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience
· Diploma in Business (Human Resource Management) is preferred, however equivalent relevant experience and the intention to gain the qualification will be considered.
· Highly proficient digital literacy skills including Word, and Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to manage competing demands and tasks will be critical to your success.
