The Role You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end accounts payable and payroll activities while contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations. While the role includes payroll responsibilities, much of the process is supported by automated systems. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Review, verify, and process supplier invoices accurately and on time Prepare and process supplier payments in line with agreed terms Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies Respond to internal and external payment queries Maintain accurate records and support month end close activities Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal policies Payroll Support monthly payroll processing in collaboration with external providers Ensure accurate processing of wages, deductions, reimbursements, and benefits Assist with payroll compliance, reporting, and reconciliations Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies Maintain payroll records and support process improvements Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding administration About You Proven experience in accounts payable, with exposure to payroll processing High level of accuracy and attention to detail Comfortable working with finance systems and automated processes Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder queries Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Immediately available or short notice preferred Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
