We are seeking a motivated and experienced Ecologist to join our Wollongong team.
Role Overview
This position is ideal for a consultant eager to engage in a long-term local monitoring project, while also managing a diverse range of environmental and ecological projects, delivering solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Scope, manage, and conduct ecological surveys and assessments.
Prepare proposals and reports.
Manage projects effectively.
Assist with client liaison, office strategy, business development, and mentoring.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification.
At least 3 years of ecological experience in NSW.
Knowledge of NSW and Commonwealth environmental legislation.
Strong fauna and/or flora identification skills.
Experience with long-term monitoring projects.
Experience in environmental assessments and management plans.
