WHO IS RIC SAFETY AUDITS?
RIC Safety audits is a locally Geelong owned business that completes Safety Audits for rental properties around Geelong and now due to increased demand and trust built have need for a full time / permanent part time worker in the Horsham and surrounding area focusing on Horsham as the central hub and travel available for more work.
With trust built partnerships with many rental agencies across the region our service and level of quality has allowed us to grow with several positions available for the right candidates. We are a tight team and believe in working together to get the best results, candidates must be team players.
We have continued to onboarded agencies in Portland, Hamilton, Horsham and the surrounding region and have need for local trades to complete this work. Travel to some and or all of these areas may be required.
We test and commission rental properties and keep them safe. The work is rewarding knowing that you are keeping homes safe for those who live in them.
If you're a self-motivated Gas fitter / plumber with a can-do attitude, that has pride in their work and make sure that the level of attention to detail is higher than most then we would love to hear from you.
Ideally we are looking for someone that wants to do 2 days a week for us and is willing to grow as needed, However will entertain other options if suitable applicants become available to us, as more important to find the right candidate / person.
Main duties and requirements
- Domestic gas appliance servicing
- Negative pressure environment testing of homes
- Drivers Licence
- VBA Type A Appliance Servicing Registration
- Domestic plumbing/gas fitting experience
- Good knowledge of gas plumbing regulations
- Ability to work well in a team
