About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery, operation, and ongoing improvement of enterprise applications, with a solid emphasis on the TechnologyOne ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee user access and maintain system configurations.
- Plan and manage upgrades, test enhancements, and support UAT.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and user issues.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A degree in Information Technology (or equivalent qualifications/experience).
- Solid experience managing enterprise applications, including installation, upgrades, and reviews.
- Strong SQL Server skills (backups, views, stored procedures).
