Asset Management Consultant / Senior Consultant – Mining Industry
Location: Perth and/or Brisbane (Hybrid or Onsite options available)
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Asset Management Consultants or Senior Consultants with a strong background in the mining industry to join our growing team in either Perth or Brisbane. You will work with clients across the resources sector to deliver tailored asset management solutions that drive efficiency, reliability, and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead or support asset management improvement projects across mining operations
* Lead and support business growth in the mining industry with existing clients and developing new client relationships
* Lead and support the delivery of asset management advisory services including project scoping, execution and reviews
* Analyze asset performance data to identify reliability and maintainability improvements
* Engage with client stakeholders across operational, engineering, and corporate levels
* Facilitate workshops and provide technical advice across asset lifecycle planning
* Support digital transformation in asset management (e.g., CMMS, EAM, APM systems)
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge development
Required Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience in the mining industry in one or more of the following roles:
* Maintenance Planner
* Reliability/Maintenance Engineer
* Mining Engineer
* Mechanical, Electrical or other Discipline Engineer
* Data Specialist or Data Engineer
* Strong understanding of asset management principles across the asset lifecycle
* Hands-on experience with maintenance strategy development, RCM/FMECA, or life cycle costing
* Familiarity with industry tools such as SAP, Maximo, Pronto, or AM software
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Degree in Engineering, Maintenance Operations, Data Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
