As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the 12–18-month rotational program experience for our Technology Graduates. You will drive initiatives to simplify and scale our growing program, contribute to our market presence and engagement with early career talent pipelines, and creatively solve problems while managing multi-year talent strategies.
This role operates in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will work autonomously and collaboratively with peers and leaders, often under tight deadlines. Managing workload and progressing projects through ambiguity are essential skills.
You will partner with stakeholders in Campus Recruitment, Learning, and business leaders passionate about early careers talent. You will be an experience maker for Graduates and Interns and a catalyst for their engagement with CommBank Technology.

We're looking for you
This is a full-time, permanent position, ideally based in Sydney or Melbourne (due to event attendance requirements). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Delivering exceptional graduate and intern experiences from onboarding to program completion
* Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to achieve program outcomes
* Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
* Enhancing our market presence and early career engagement strategies
* Representing the programs at internal and external events
* Using data to identify and implement process improvements and scale initiatives
* Supporting recruitment and learning events with Campus teams
* Measuring program effectiveness against key performance indicators
* Collaborating with international teams to support program expansion in India
We're interested in hearing from candidates who are
* Experienced in early career engagement and program management
* Skilled in project delivery and change management
* Proficient in project planning and resource management
* Excellent at time management, handling multiple priorities
* Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
* Capable of navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment
* Passionate about supporting early careers talent
* Highly proficient in MS Office tools
