Reporting to the Senior Account Service Director, the Junior Account Service Co-coordinator is responsible for providing content and operational support and administrative services to senior account service and content leads across the agency.
The primary responsibility is to assist in the smooth running of key accounts and agency functions across the three state teams.ResponsibilitiesActing as the first point of contact for general enquiries, emails, and phone callsMonitoring and managing shared inboxesProcessing supplier invoices, raising purchase orders (POs) and tracking costsAssisting with client invoicing, quote sourcing, and coordination of WIP meetingsOrganising travel, team events, and supporting with SLT expensesHelping coordinate content production including photoshoots, deliverables tracking, and monthly digital analytics reportsSupporting with website checks, magazine mail outs, and general admin filingWriting internal communications and assisting content editors with research and fact-checkingWho are you?
