Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end accounts payable processing across project and corporate cost centres
* High-volume invoice processing with accurate coding and timely approvals
* Supplier statement reconciliations and payment runs
* Managing subcontractor and vendor queries professionally and efficiently
* Supporting month-end close activities related to accounts payable
* Maintaining compliance with internal controls and approval frameworks
* Working closely with project teams, procurement and commercial functions
About You
* Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Officer or similar finance role
* Background in construction, infrastructure, engineering or project-based environments preferred
* Strong understanding of high-volume AP processes and controls
* Confident working with ERP systems and finance software
* Detail-oriented, organised and reliable in meeting deadlines
* Comfortable working as part of a close-knit, high-performing finance team
