At Black Truck & Ag, we are expanding our presence in the automotive industry with a focus on panel, smash repair, and mechanical workshops. We are seeking a driven Parts Sales & Business Development Representative to grow our customer base and deliver outstanding service across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and grow new business with panel shops, smash repairers, and mechanical workshops.
· Actively promote our full range of automotive parts to trade customers.
· Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships and identify new opportunities.
· Manage parts interpretation and sales to ensure customers get the right solution first time.
· Coordinate timely delivery of parts to support trade accounts.
· Support sales campaigns, promotions, and branch growth initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
· Proven sales experience in the automotive or trade parts industry.
· Strong business development skills with a hunter mentality.
· Knowledge of parts (automotive, truck, or mechanical) highly desirable.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
· Self-motivated with the ability to hit sales targets and grow accounts.
· Current driver's licence essential.
