Project Management Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple residential projects from assessment to completion. Your experience in estimating is required for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and coordinating residential projects from inception to delivery
* Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure top-quality work
* Maintaining project timelines and budgets while upholding high standards of quality
* Being the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and trust
* Resolving onsite issues proactively to minimize problems
* Ensuring accurate invoicing and maintaining financial integrity
* Managing project documentation, scope changes, and variations effectively
Requirements: 5+ years of experience managing residential (and/or commercial) construction in the insurance industry, expertise in estimating, trade certification an asset, strong understanding of Australian Standards, and excellent time management skills.
