Due to recent accelerated growth, we're looking for successful and motivated team members that share our passion for clients and results, and specifically, a Junior Account Manager to join our team.
The Account Management team is the link between the client and the entire agency team. They act as both the salesperson for the agency, and as the client's representative within the agency. Working in close collaboration with the MD and Head of Digital, the Junior Account Manager is responsible for a smooth running of our operations between client delivery and our implementation team.
The Junior Account Manager also supports the agency's ideas presentation, ensuring the ideas remain faithful to the brief and that it is kept within the timeframe and budget. The most important task in account management is to develop and understand the brief; a well-targeted brief can make a great campaign. While the work varies depending on the client, account managers are generally responsible for client budgets, managing the work of account executives and performing a range of related administrative functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients, effectively maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
* Work closely with the implementation team to ensure client expectations are managed and media delivery performance is clearly communicated.
* Work in close collaboration with the team to deliver client WIPs, key meetings, strategies, deliverables and reporting.
* Ensure best practice and consistent documentation across all products, platforms and tools for the agency.
* In partnership with the team, help strategise solutions through a deep understanding of our client's business & success metrics.
* Take ownership of the outputs for each account, including the media plan, reports, and supporting the implementation team with recommendations inline with the strategy.
* Support the Managing Director in accurate forecasting by channel and managing team utilisation, resourcing, project management and reporting.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
* Minimum 2+ years experience in client servicing roles in a digital media or advertising agency environment.
* Passion for customers and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
* Demonstrate cross-team influence and communications skills.
* Proven analytical ability and quantitative skills - strong PPT and Excel skills.
* Moderate to strong technical understanding of digital marketing.
* A positive, solutions focused mindset.
* Enthusiastic self-starter, motivated and passionate about what you do.
