About The Role
Digital Health and Innovation within Sydney Local Health District is seeking our new Manager, Change and Enablement. This is a newly created leadership role focused on strengthening change, problem and knowledge management across our Service Delivery function. It is a critical position that ensures change controls are robust, communications are customer centric, and incidents and problems are reviewed and analysed using structured frameworks to drive continuous improvement. The role will also chair and uplift the District's Change Advisory Board, ensuring technology change is governed effectively while enabling safe, timely delivery.
We are looking for a technically strong, customer focused change leader with experience coordinating complex change within a live service delivery environment. You will lead our Knowledge and Case Management team and play a central role in uplifting capability, governance maturity and operational enablement.

Ideal Candidate
* Tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience in leading and delivering large-scale IT Change Management processes aligned with ITIL and service management best practices, including the development of policies, procedures, and frameworks that enable safe and controlled change.
* Proven ability to lead through influence, inspire collaboration, and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Demonstrated experience in chairing Change Advisory Boards (CABs), guiding multidisciplinary teams, and building capability across diverse stakeholder groups.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts, present confidently to executive and clinical audiences, develop process documentation and communications, and negotiate successful outcomes under pressure.
