Overview
Boton Conveyor Services (BCS) is seeking an experienced and proactive HSEQ Advisor to support our WA mining operations. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, this is a hands-on role responsible for driving our Zero Harm culture, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and ISO frameworks, and providing technical support across multiple BCS sites.
You will play a key role in improving systems, supporting site teams, conducting investigations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

About You
You are a confident, solutions-focused HSEQ professional who is comfortable working autonomously in the field and engaging with teams at all levels. You have strong communication skills, technical capability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Mandatory Requirements
* Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
* C-Class Driver's Licence
* White Card
* Confined Space Entry
* Working at Heights
* Gas Testing competency
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
* Ability to undertake a FIFO 8:6 roster
* 4+ years experience in mining or heavy industry
* High Risk Work Licence
* Experience in incident investigations
* Experience in injury management/RTW coordination
* Experience using STEMS, Cintillante or similar systems
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of HSEQ strategies, standards and compliance programs
* Conduct site inspections, audits and critical control reviews
* Facilitate incident investigations and implement risk-reduction initiatives
* Support injury management, workers compensation and return-to-work processes
* Maintain and improve HSEQ Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
* Produce monthly HSEQ performance reports and data analysis
* Support tender submissions and client HSEQ documentation requirements
* Mentor supervisors and key personnel in WHS responsibilities
* Promote and champion a strong safety culture across all BCS operations
