We're looking for a Salesforce & Omnichannel Manager to help shape the future of our customer journey — from online to in-store to post-purchase. You'll lead the integration and optimisation of Salesforce, Fluent Commerce, and key business systems to deliver a truly unified experience.
What you'll do
* Configure and optimise Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud to support sales, service, fulfilment, and customer engagement.
* Integrate Salesforce with OMS, NAV, eCommerce, and MuleSoft to ensure real-time visibility and seamless operations.
* Drive omnichannel excellence, enhancing order accuracy, fulfilment speed, and the end-to-end customer experience.
* Use data insights to identify friction points across channels — then design practical solutions to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
* Partner with Technology, Logistics, Marketing, and eCommerce to deliver scalable, connected customer solutions.
* Provide guidance and training to teams on Salesforce and omnichannel best practices.
Who you are
* A hands-on Salesforce expert who can connect technical detail to business impact.
* A strategic thinker who understands the product and customer journey from supplier to store.
* Experienced in system integration, preferably across Salesforce, Fluent Commerce, NAV, MuleSoft, and related platforms.
* Analytical, adaptable, and customer-obsessed — with the drive to keep improving processes and outcomes.
* Skilled communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
What you'll bring
* Salesforce Certified Administrator (essential).
* Experience managing order management or fulfilment systems (Fluent Commerce ideal).
* Proven background in system integrations (API, middleware, etc.).
* Strong Excel and data management capability.
* Bonus points for experience in retail, eCommerce, or logistics technology.
