This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a small, tidy portfolio with work from home flexibility on offer.

The Role
- Portfolio Management of only 150 properties
- Toowoomba portfolio - local properties
- One day work from home per week
- No trust accounting or invoicing
- Process and follow up on maintenance orders
- Prepare CMA's for lease renewals
- Issue leases
- Manage arrears
- Conduct exit reports
- Upload rental listings online
- Tenant sign-ups
- Liaise with owners and tenants
Monday - Friday only - NO SATURDAY WORK!
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum four years of Property Management experience
- A current Certificate of Registration is essential
- A valid driver's license
- Strong communication and organisation skills are a MUST
- Previous experience using PropertyMe software advantageous
