Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of major civil and infrastructure projects.
- Act as a technical authority and mentor for engineers, designers, and technicians.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Play a key role in project direction and strategy, balancing technical and commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) – mandatory.
- 10+ years’ experience in civil and infrastructure design and delivery.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and clients.
- A passion for quality engineering and team development.
